Shipping Policy

We ship across India from our studio in Ambernath East, Maharashtra.

Processing time

Candles are handmade. Ready-stock candles are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Hampers and bulk orders are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days of confirmation.

Delivery time

• Mumbai, Thane and nearby: 2–4 days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 5–7 days after dispatch

Remote locations and festival peaks can take longer. Courier delays are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above
• ₹79 for orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery orders carry an extra ₹50 handling charge

Tracking

Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking ID on WhatsApp and email.

Wrong address

Please check your address and pincode before placing the order. If a parcel returns because of an incorrect address or refused delivery, re-shipping charges apply.
