By using this website and placing an order with Kritz's Décor, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our candles are handmade. Colours, shades and patterns may vary slightly from photos. Images of hampers are representative. Some candles look like sweets or desserts; they are decorative and not edible.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Offer prices are valid for a limited time and may change without notice. Shipping and COD charges are shown at checkout.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we accept it on WhatsApp or by email. We may cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and refund any amount paid.

Candle safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable.
• Burn on a heat-safe surface. Glass jars become hot during use.
• Floating candles should be used in water-filled vessels only.

Kritz's Décor is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe use.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
